Since Piper has upgraded our fleet from GSM to GPRS in 2010 it has run extremely well. The upgrade process was flawless and there has been a vast improvement in data delivery from the tanker to our server. Daily data reconciliation performance has improved from 60% on GSM to 98% on GPRS. Their online secure Client Logistic system allows us to track our fleet and assist with our internal audit processes. All in all I would highly recommend Piper’s GPRS services to any business.
